We are very sorry that the package didn’t make it to you as tracking information shows! 🙁
  • Check with all members of your household to see if anyone has received your package, but didn’t tell you. Because this happens a lot.
  • Check with your doorman or property manager if you live in a community or apartment complex.
  • Check with your immediate neighbors. A lot of times when the package is marked as delivered the post office left it at the wrong location in the immediate vicinity.

We ship from our warehouse in UK or sometimes from our overseas warehouses including India, Singapore, Malaysia, or China. We source from the most reliable vendors of the best quality around the world to ensure the best quality of each product we send out.

We dispatch our products from different warehouses around the world, which located in UK, US, and Asia. This means that some items might arrive on different dates than others, as they are shipped from different warehouses.

Since some of our pieces are handmade-to-order, processing time will vary greatly between products. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email left at check out.

We do not offer special gift wrapping for our products

Most items are processed within 6-8 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@innerjoyclub.com within 24 hours, otherwise, it will be too late. After 24 hours, it’s been accepted as final and ready to ship to your address.
