When you place your order, we begin making your items as quickly as possible. Each piece of jewelry requires some time for the construction and curing before we can ship. Most orders ship within 1 or 2 days. However, in peak seasons, shipment can take up to 5 business days.
When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

ORDER FULFILLMENT
We ship daily from Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and holidays. Occasionally orders may not ship the next few days due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or next open business day.
Rest assured we will be sending you your tracking number as soon as it is shipped.
We partner with global merchants and artisans from the U.S. and all over the world in order to provide you with the most interesting products and the best prices. This means that your order can be shipped from global areas such as Thailand, China, India, Europe, etc. via our partnership with USPS (for U.S.-based customers) and other international carriers.

Your items may arrive in multiple packages because we ship from multiple warehouses from around the world.
WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. Once an item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This is applicable for the majority of the products sold in the catalog.
However, please note that in a few rare cases, such information is unavailable to the public because some warehouses do not provide tracking. If this is the case, we’ll notify you and will follow up with the warehouse directly, on your behalf, in case you have any question.

Not to worry, your package will usually arrive as expected, but some customs departments may take a variable length of time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs for more than 2 weeks, we suggest calling your country’s customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.
